Publication Ethics

The journal works on the policy that there should be no ethical concerns with the content or data collection of the considered work. There should be no conflict of interest between the authors or reviewers regarding the work considered for publication. The journal takes into consideration the avoidance of other issues like plagiarism, duplicate text, figures, submission, publication, data fabrication or falsification etc, as all ethics are according to COPE instructions.

Plagiarism

We will not consider a manuscript if a substantial portion of the work has been previously published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere. Plagiarism of any kind is not acceptable. The research and the text in the paper must be the original work of the authors, and the hypotheses, data, and interpretations of others must be properly cited. Please be aware that any kind of 'copy-paste for convenience' is not allowed, even if it is from a paper published by one of the authors (this latter would be self-plagiarism). Re-using entire chapters of MS or Ph.D thesis is not appropriate and will be considered self-plagiarism as scientific papers have a different structure than theses or dissertations. The text coming from the author's previously published work and forming entire paragraphs or large parts of them are not acceptable in a submitted manuscript.

Authorship

The list of authors must reflect, and be limited to, those who have made significant contributions to the intellectual work presented in the paper. All co-authors must agree to both the original submission and, if accepted, the final revision.

Submission declaration and verification

You must declare explicitly that the work described has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright holder. All authors must disclose any financial and personal relationships with other people or organizations that could inappropriately influence (bias) their work.

Changes to authorship

Authors are expected to consider carefully the list and order of authors before submitting their manuscript and provide the definitive list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author names in the authorship list should be made only before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the journal Editor. To request such a change, the Editor must receive the following from the corresponding author: (a) the reason for the change in the author list and (b) written confirmation (e-mail, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition, removal, or rearrangement. In the case of the addition or removal of authors, this includes confirmation from the author being added or removed.
